Custom Design Embroidery

I will submit your custom artwork, or possibly a photograph,  to the digitizer for a PRICE QUOTE.  The cost of the resulting embroidery design depends on several factors, including; if the artwork does not require editing,  size, stitch count and design complexity to digitize.

Standard Embroidery images usually are created in 3 Business Days.  Complex designs in 7-10 Business Days.  RUSH service is available, quoted upon request.

Image Editing is $20.00 per hour (a 1 hour minimum)                                                Graphic Design is $50.00 an hour (1/2 hour minimum)

Digitization Costs start at $35.00 for a simple project and range from there in cost to a maximum of $400.00 for an extremely difficult design.

When the production of the Embroidery design is completed, a sample will be sewn out on a swatch.  If you would like the sample to be sewn out on a finished garment, you must purchase the garment ahead of time and it will be submitted with the production order. Priority Mail return is standard service.  For special handling or Fed Ex, fees will apply.

Sample Approval is required before the embroidery project will be started.  Approval of the design through e-mail or US postal service is required, no telephone authorizations will be accepted.

Either during or following the image design production, you will select your item(s) for the image to placed on.  Discount pricing is usually available for quantities of 6-11, and wholesale pricing of 12+ depending on the type of item and supplier.
